‘Šilainiai Photo’ is a photography project based in Šilainiai microdistrict in Kaunas, Lithuania. It was launched in October 2015 by local artist Evelina Simkute.

Project has these parts:

• Šilainiai photography archive online http://www.silainiaiphoto.com;
• Photo-walks in Šilainiai (free and open for everyone);
• Photography workshops in Šilainiai secondary schools;
• Photography exhibitions in Šilainiai;
• Šilainiai photo album.

Local residents and visitors are invited to contribute to Šilainiai photography archive with new or old photographs of Šilainiai microdistrict.
